Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter any issues with the jewelry you received, please refer to the following return, exchange, and refund policy:

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
  • Return and Exchange Period: We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the item. Items returned or exchanged after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Item Condition: Returned or exchanged jewelry must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items with damage, scratches, stains, or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:
    • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Customized jewelry
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Items with damaged packaging or items that have been used


2. Return Process

  • Return Request: Please contact our customer service team through the website or email, providing your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 2 business days. If the return conditions are met, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a quality issue or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind or incorrect size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Return Processing: Once we receive and confirm that the returned item is in good condition, we will process the return within 3 business days.


3. Exchange Process

  • Exchange Request: You can request an exchange in the same manner as a return. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. For other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Exchange Item Condition: The exchanged item must be unused and in new condition.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Once the return is confirmed, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method:
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the item only, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Additional fees (such as gift packaging) will not be refunded.


5. Notes

  • Item Care: We recommend that you avoid exposing the jewelry to perfume, cosmetics, sweat, or other substances while trying it on, as this may affect the item’s return or exchange eligibility.
  • Return/Exchange Requests: All return, exchange, and refund requests must be submitted through our official website. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
